Question about baking cookies?
I no longer own a flat baking sheet or rimmed baking sheet but would still like to bake some cookies. I have six precut frozen chocolate chip cookies (uncooked) in the freezer. I do own the pyrex dish in the picture below, so I will probably end up using that. Am I better off baking them in the dish or using the reverse side and just having them bake on top of it? Also, how long and what temperature should I bake the frozen cookies at?

I’m surprised no one thinks I should bake them on top of the inverted dish. Wouldn’t that help the heat to distribute more evenly since a baking sheet has no sides?
I do not have directions…someone gave me a ziploc with frozen cookies in it. I never bake my food directly on aluminum foil because of the health risks.
Bake them inside, make sure its buttered. Bake them at 350 for about 15 min, but keep an eye.
