Lower back heart tattoos can be found in a variety of different patterns. Some of the lower back heart tattoos may have some other initials or symbols added inside of the heart to stand for whatever the woman wants, whether it is a lover, a spouse or children or pet, or any other variety of symbols or initials that are close to her heart.

There are also dolphin tattoos in which a single dolphin or a group of dolphins seem to be swimming just above and just below the pant line of the woman, again following the curves of the woman’s back and hips. In other cases, flowers are used, where the flower either sits alone in the center of the back, or the vines or leaves flow out to the sides of the lower back, fanning out from the flower and accenting it.
