how can i clean the wrapping on my katana handle without damaging it its hand made and white?
its getting kind of dirty and it is a very nice expensive hand made katana and it is white on the handle so you can see grime on it not too bad but i would like to clean it
You don’t. The handle isn’t made to be cleaned.
In fact, the older the sword, the more dirty the handle, the easier it is for the sword to be dated (if it’s valuable). Remove the grime, remove the dating, remove the money the sword is worth.
