Using Artwork to Design a Living Room
Your living room’s design inspiration can be pulled just about anything. By having a solid source for your plan, you can refer to it as you are picking your decor and maintain your design on point. Using the central idea of your inspiration painting as the main focus for your living room is yet another great way that your painting can help design your living room. You may be moved to create a Tuscan style living room if your picture is of vineyard hills. Because all of the hues in your living room are depicted in your picture, you are assured that they will, not only look great together, but they will work together with synergy. If your beach painting has a palm tree shown in it, you may like to include a wide leaf fern or small palm in your living room décor.
Unifying the Room with an Inspiration Focal Point
After pulling your colors and theme from the inspiration painting, it makes a coherent focal point for the room. If the painting is very large, then it can hang on its own as the focal point of the living room. If your inspiration painting is on the smaller side, you can display it in concert with other paintings to make an impressive focal display. For instance, you may group a smaller beach themed wall decoration with a large shelf holding a crystal bowl filled with seashells and a lightly scented pillar candle.
