Because one customer said slow shipping.We get penalize?
She bought on Black Friday11/27 after Thanksgiving.We mailed the 28thSat.her feedback 12/16 don’t know when she received it.If the P.O. is slow, should not reflect on us.Please read ALL our feedback.People rave at how fast we ship.We are being hurt by a customer that wants her appliques the next day.This is Christmas season, not our fault.We have been dropped to 1.08%.Should be our highest points…I cannot figure this out.She bought I think (6) items & said slow shipping on all, that is not right.Thank you for listening, but please explain…bobdeedee
She may have been upset about the quality of your products – or she could be a competitor of yours, buying items in order to leave negative feedback. Nothing much you can do about it.
