Make The Perfect Pink Quilt for Her!
In this article I’ll be targeting quilts for females ( just in case you missed the title of the article ). Now thats not to say a fellow can’t have a pink quilt, but you would be hard put to find a male that truly would like a pink quilt for their bed or couch. So unless you know the one in a million, I will assume that you are making this quilt for a female.
The first characteristic you need to look at for your quilt is the age of ther person you’ll be making this quilt for. This is crucial as you do not need to be giving a quilt with Tinkerbell on it to an older female, unless its in particular requested it.
The following characteristic you need to look at is whether its going to have a pattern, picture or be a patchwork quilt. All are good options so you must consider the person you are making this quilt for. Do they already have a pattern, picture or patchwork quilt? Are they keen on the sort of quilt they’re going to make them?
If you are not sure, just ask. I’m sure that 99% of people would prefer you ask them what sort of quilt they like, rather than be stunned by a quilt that they don’t really like.
I know I discussed age earlier in this article, but its so critical I believed I’d bring it up again – If you’re taking a look at quilts, make sure you keep the age of the person to mind , ponies, princess and fairies appeal to younger females, while flowers, birds and floral patterns are far more acceptable to mid to older females.
These are just general ideas though. If you really want to make a pink quilt they’ll love make one which has something they are excited about. Do they like dogs or cats or have a love for sunrise photos? Maybe they are just fans of easy to follow patterns or they might have discussed that they have always wanted a patchwork quilt.
You can always drop by their home for a visit. When you’re there, pay more attention to what they talk about and the kind of quilts and table cloths they have and you’ll be able to determine the type of decorations they like.
