Where can I look for a tree design for a tattoo on my lower back?
I want a tree, about 8- 10 inches tall, extending from the small of my back and branching upward and outward.
Needs to be heavy and dark with no leaves.
I picture a bare tree on a cold winter night with maybe a blackbird or an owl in it. I have no talent at sketching and I haven’t come across anything like it in tattoo shops.
Please help!!
im planning on getting a tattoo of a tree myself, but on my upper back.
what I did was to first look up different types of trees to see which ones I liked the best and which ones I just found to be extra pretty, and then i went from there and googled a buuuunch of images and went to book stores to find books on them and everything, so i’ll have as much reference for my tattoo artist as possible. (i’m getting a baobab tree)
you don’t need to have an exact sketch planned out when you go in for a tattoo, just have lots of references, like i do, and ask your artist to draw something up. if they’re any good, they should be able to come up with a few ideas and work from there.
